Quick and healthy dinner: sea bass, cous cous and kale

Serves 2

You will need:
Half a bag of kale
2 pieces of sea bass
1/4 pack of giant cous cous
Handful of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of stock
Half a lemon
Handful of plum tomatoes

Step 1:
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan.

Step 2:
Wash your sea bass and add skin side down to your frying pan. When the oil is hot and spitting - turn the fish over and cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn over again and cook for another 2 minutes. Once it is getting a golden-brown edge to it you know it is done.

Step 3:
Meanwhile start cooking your giant cous cous with a teaspoon of stock - this usually takes 8 minutes from boiling.

Step 4:
Wash and steam your kale.

Step 5:
Dice your plum tomatoes and add with the parsley and a squeeze of lemon to the giant cous cous.

Step 6:
Add your sea bass and kale to the plate along with your giant cous cous. And you're done!
