The only macaroni cheese recipe you will ever need

Sooooooo tasty and comforting!
Serves 2

You will need:
  • 6 oz macaroni
  • 1 dessert spoon of margarine
  • 1 dessert spoon of corn flour
  • 1/4 pint of milk (or soya milk)
  • 2 oz of grated mature cheddar

1. Cook macaroni and run under cold water when cooked.
2. Melt margarine in a pan.
3. Add flour and stir until it makes a ball.
4. Gradually add the milk, each time letting it boil to avoid lumps.
5. When you have added all the milk it will be quite runny.
6. Then add your grated mature cheddar and make sure it does not boil.
7. Pour the sauce over your cooled macaroni and stir.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste and peas if you fancy!
9. You can always add extra cheese on top and bake in the oven too.
10. Sit in your favourite seat and enjoy!
